Bilingual Speech Connections provides evaluations, speech therapy, and IEP support services in English and Spanish. We take a holistic and evidence-based approach to providing speech therapy with dedicated time for parent coaching during each session.

Therapy will focus on building important literacy skills during games and daily activities. For our Spanish-speaking clients, we use a biliteracy approach to literacy intervention.

Meet Your Speech Therapist
Lily Nuñez-Payano, M.S., CCC-SLP-BE-TSSLD
Owner, Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist
Lily is a native Spanish speaker, mother, and dedicated speech therapist with over 13 years of experience serving children of all ages and abilities. Lily earned her Master’s degree in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology from Teacher's College at Columbia University.
Like many of her students, Lily was an English Language Learner (ELL) in school. She brings valuable personal and professional experiences to her clients at Bilingual Speech Connections, from her time working in early intervention, school settings, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and international education centers.
Lily is passionate about supporting parents, therapists, and educators with bilingual resources and embedding each family’s values into her speech therapy sessions. She loves showing families that they don’t have to choose between their culture and accessing speech therapy services— and she provides them with everything they need to become their child’s best advocate.
In her spare time, Lily enjoys traveling, dancing, reading, trying new foods, and making memories with her loved ones. She looks forward to learning more about your family!
